According to data issued by the local authorities, the number of interracial marriages in the United States has increased by over 9 percent in the last 35 years. This is certainly a great change, given the history of the country. Over the years, as America grew into a multicultural society, people became open to the idea of interracial dating. Dating a person of another race was no longer considered offensive.
