If you're having extreme difficulties in your marriage then you can probably describe yourself as being very, very tired. You're tired of having the same arguments, the same conflicts, and of dealing with the same behavior and friction. You feel worn out not just mentally and emotionally but all these conflicts have probably taken their toll on you physically as well. To salvage your marriage and get past your consistent conflicts, the first thing you need to do is stop! Stop arguing, stop fighting, stop the conflict. Just stop.
