Guys should pursue women. That is the natural order but what if the guy is so shy? Some women find themselves liking a shy guy and end up so frustrated because they keep waiting for him to do the first move. Dealing with a shy guy could be a challenge and you need to have the guts to make the first move, at least until he gets comfortable around you because sometimes all a guy needs is a girl who can help him overcome his shyness.
